saw 100 degrees today on the I35W, in S. Ft Worth.

Westway was suppose to be warmer than here. Has anyone Sunny's readings?

My Harris County contact sez he didn't notice anything O of the O. At this
stage I suppose most is ordinary at his level.

billieJ is playing by the "if you can't say something nice'' rule

I bet penderrich is running all 3 of his window units

Here in the North/Central/Eastern part of West Texas it was 96 at
4pm. May have been hotter but I didn't notice a change. It's now 1am
Thurs. and still 75, with a 20-25 mph southerly breeze. Thunderstorms
are predicted for Friday. It's just a normal West Texas Spring.

Yep, a strong breeze from the South is out there.

We're going to ride down to Houston/Galveston area a little later today to
see if we can locate the source of that smell.

Hold that rain up out there West of us until we get back pls.

I don't understand why you'd want to locate it. Oh nevermind, I
gotcha.

Yeah, ok. I'll just throw a chain on it and hitch it to a fence
post. Let me know when I can let it loose.

;^)

Safe ride south and back. Say hi to Jerry for me.

Louie, sorry but I didn't catch any rain. None came close enough.
Did lose internet connectivity last night and today, due to high winds
whipping the wireless tower to the point of "ouch". I'd hate to be
the poor techs who had to climb those towers in this stiff breeze.
Probably took a bunch of duct tape and baling wire to fix the problem
but it's now back up and running.

We'll have to work on that... the wind, that is.

Let me know when you plan a trip this way. I'll heat up the grill.
