The top GP 250's develop approx. how much rear wheel horsepower?

On the high-speed tracks, what is the fastest speed that they attain?

Thank you...... FjLee

There are no GP 250s.

No, they were deleted by the FIM. The class no longer exists.

But there are lots of them in club racing. Maybe even in national racing.

About 165mph

Hey! Thank you so much, Champ. Exactly the type answer I was
hoping for.
I sure miss the 2-strokes.

I visit Bonneville Salt Flats to spectate at various speed trials
there, and it's always so interesting to see what people bring to the
Salt in the way of 2-strokes, in their effort to have fun and go fast.

There are some serious 2-strokes that show up, too. It's very
interesting.

Thanks again...... FjLee in Denver CO
