In the dark of night,a team of U.S Navy SEALS, our nation's most elite
commando force, parachuted into the sea of Somilia.

The USS Bainbridge,a Destroyer, was waiting on them.

Three well trained Navy Seal Snipers, fired from a ship in rough ass
rolling waters at three targets about 25 yards away, sitting in a tiny
little red boat, surrounding an American hostage.

After 3 perfect shots, 3 pirates lay dead, and the American Hostage,
Captain Phillips was safe.

Those Navy Seal Snipers, dont miss.

I am so proud of our Navy and all our military.

FootNote: On Easter Sunday, our oledst grandson, 19..told us he is
going thru the process of joining the US Army.
He signed up for 6 years.
He listened to three uncles, and one PaPa (me)...telling him a bunch of
boot camp stories, mess hall stories....and much more BS, about being in
the military.
We are so proud of him!
To me, this day and age, it takes guts to join the service, as we use to
call it.
It happens to be his only outlet, because of his family situation, and
funds...He needs to get out of a little redneck town, south of
here....get'im a life started.

Thanks to you both, for your service to our Nation.

That said, I have 2 nephews that are career Air Force. Both have
served (twice) in the latest war in Iraq, having worked on jets which
drop, as well as throw stuff at the bad guys. :-)

BTW, the Army isn't just all ground-pounders, tanks and engineers. It
throws things too. Aside from helicopters and such, they now even
have robots and the Shadow UAV.

All the best to your eldest grandson, "PaPa".
