I like the way the seller says, "There may also be some bits which do not belong!"

In other words, you could be paying through the nose for any old box of scrap.

Can't transfer the plate off until it's got an MOT, though...

<checks> DVLA do indeed believe 108HPA is on a black 49cc Raleigh - but
it appears to be taxed at the moment.

Possible theory - somebody's bought two boxes of bits, used one set to
build a runner and is flogging off the rest. Unfortunately, there was
only one identity. If anybody's expecting to keep that plate, they're in
for a rude awakening, I think...

Hm. The seller says: "There is no restriction to the registration
number transfer on the V5". I think you'd be mad to bid on it, but
obviously others disagree.

Black's not the correct colour for an RM1, and 108HPA is a 1958 reg,
which would be right for an RM1, so it could be the right reg...
