Batteries - Again

On 2011-06-11, Bill_h (aka Bruce)
was almost, but not quite, entirely unlike tea:

For SLA (not Gel) batteries, do they ship them with acid in, or do you
have to acquire some yourself?


Also, is there a Gel or AGM alternative for the good ol' CB10L-B2 used
in the Suzuki GS500? Looks like the MB10U Motobatt might suit.

They come with a little foil 6-bottle actid-pack that you invert and
push down and it fills each cell precisely.

If you want an SLA the YTX10L-BS seems to be right. (the L denotes a
left-hand vent-pipe but SLA has no vent-pipe so no probs)!
