Was thinking of getting an alarm for my bike.

What do people think of this one for the money?

its all right...ESP alarms (gold coast, if still going) were very good,
used 2 mercury switches to sense bike angle rather than shock sensor

i dont like one peice alarms personally...they are usually at the cheap
end of construction and performance reflects this

Cyclops have waterproof remotes and are well priced, dont know if they
have a cycle alarm but a competent installer will be able to fit one to
a bike

Also do not use ignition cut outs, go the starter instead...yes it is a
bit less secure but imagine what would happen if the aalarm turned off
the ignition at an inopportune moment!!

I installed one on my bike with the lot, sure it wont stop the pro's at
least it flashes and screams if bike bumped tilted and so far l haven't had
any problems with the ignition cutting out. Just remember not to have your
remote on your key ring, good way to lose it while travelling.

Cheers

Get married. Every time my bike moves she's at the back door yelling
"Where you going now?". Enough deterrent for even the most hardened of
bike crims.
