[Canb] Farewell to summer: the 3 Dams ride, Sunday Feb 29

The "3 Dams" ride is a loop between three of the ACT's major water
supplies: Cotter, Corin, and Googong. The route from Corin to Googong
includes 22km of easy dirt, and a river crossing, through some magnificent
country (or a less interesting bitumen alternative).

Meet at the Lady Denman Drive parking area, at the foot of Black Mountain;
access via Parkes Way (head west from the city) or Barry Drive and Clunies
Ross Drive.

Ride date is Sunday Feb 29. Assemble from 9:30, depart at 10:00, to arrive
in Qbn at beer-o'clock, in time for lunch.

It is not necessary to RSVP, but I would appreciate hearing if you plan to
join the ride. Your comments, suggestions, ideas are welcome.
