The latest in Kevin Millard's saga:

"I am aware that DVLA previously provided information to a requester who
asked for similar information (Ref: FOIR2204), so I can understand that
you would query why we are unable to provide similar information on this
occasion. The reason we cannot provide you with details relating to a
specific make/model of vehicle is because DVLA is now unable to provide
the information to you within the £600 cost limit. For a short period of
time, a separate database was available that enabled information of this
type to be readily extracted within the costs limit. That database was
initially made available to interrogate information held for a purpose
other than answering requests under FOIA and was able to Page 1 of 2
extract information by make/model of vehicle; this kind of search was
not the purpose of the database. Once the database had served its
purpose it was no longer retained and therefore is no longer available.
In order to now provide the information you are asking for, our IT
provider would have to run a scan of the main DVLA vehicle database.
Based on previous scans, an estimated cost of the work would exceed £600
as it would take around 3 and a half man days to determine, locate,
retrieve and extract the data you have requested. At the very least,
DVLA is charged at £600 per day for that work which involves writing,
testing, scheduling and running the program."
Three and a half ****ing man days?
Where's Yosser Hughes when you need him?
He's not letting it lie.
