TOG, if her current plot's better for your needs, you could offer to buy
that plot off her instead. That way she could build her new house sooner
without need for clearing etc.

There was a R7.2 aftershock today. TOG had better delay leaving the UK
yet.

We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember Ian White

All he has to do is wait and he'll have two plots for the price of one.
