The only thing I couldn't find for the Morini project at the NEC classic
bike show today was a replacement for a missing screw holding the rear
light lens on. The surviving original is M4x70 pan head cross point,
though only 20mm is threaded. Perhaps significantly the unit from the
other Morini I have with the same CEV light unit is missing both screws.
I can find a pack for a Makita power drill that might do the job. Or
packs of 200. Can anyone point me to a better source, preferably
stainless, head not imporatnt as long as not countersunk. Socket head
would be even nicer - I don't go in for absolute anal originality
restorations.

Look for Ixquick websearch - I find it's better than Google.

Good idea. If all else fails a length of M4 "all thread" and dome nuts
would do the job. It's spent the last few years secured by black
electrical tape round the lens/reflector interface - I'm certainly not
fussy!

Why not? (Wasn't it you who pointed me at Ixquick amongst the Shed, or
maybe Pschycling?)

'Twas jest a 'I guessed' jest innit.

Possibly, but it's in me bookmarx, whoever pointed me at it. Can't
unforget what the target was, but Google gave me two hits, both the same
page. Ixquick gave me seven, all different.

Then I wanted a Debian driver for the Vogonfone dongle. There were over
a nundred Google hits for not what I wanted (forums, mostly) but no
driver download page.

Ixquick went straight to the beef and extracted the cut of featherblade
I wanted.

Your local Leroy should have those. I'm pretty sure I've seen them in
stock there.

Hmm. Well it looks like you've already sourced one, but if you've got
any probs, let me know.
