Sounds like good advice. In a situation such as "BKRepos", you have
no idea if a bike has major mechanical problems, or what. And if they
won't discuss title (red flag), I'd look someplace else. I suppose it
wouldn't hurt to go "look" but I'd not go alone.

They can't make
you "buy". 200 miles isn't too far for a good deal.
Have you checked on BK Repos with the Better Business Bureau? Just a
thought.
Maybe there is a reputable dealership that has trade-ins. Also, I'd
be very surprised if you couldn't find a decent Harley being sold by
the owner. You just have to look til you find the right one, at the
right price. If you aren't so inclined, take a friend who is
knowledgeable about bike mechanics and have them look the bike over
for you. Listen to the engine, see if you can test ride it. Whatever
it takes.
