Looks like some Digger has spent too long on the Toohays;

That said, if it works, I'd like one. Filtering through the active
runways at Heathrow would add a whole different level to the
danger/biker boy meme

It will be like the Moller skycar which has been flying tethered for
years. I love the idea of just wearing a parachute. What about the
poor ****er the thing lands on.
