The gummint here is feeling a bit of pressure about revenue-cameras. The
opposition is talking about thinking about maybe suggesting that someone
make sure that speed cameras are put in crash black-spot areas.

The ****-eating safetycrat who was interviewed about this said, "I think it
sends mixed messages to the community..... it's as if we would be saying
'it's ok to speed everywhere else'". The moronic interviewer didn't ask,
"What makes that different to the present situation, except that at present
the cameras are on straight wide safe bits of road?" so I will.

I've emailed the Road Safety Taskforce, and if I get an answer, I'll let you
know what it is.
