In what seems like a week of never ending tragedy:

Have to question how she hit the back of her head if she was wearing a
helmet...

Because helmets aren't magical.

I got a head injury that kept me in hospital a week, and I was wearing a
helmet.

A helmet will prevent some head injuries, and lessen some others. Hit
your head hard enough and that's that, lid or no lid.

Just because your not bound by law, doesn't mean you shouldn't wear one.

Hind sight is always 20/20. Very tragic and sad.

Bali has a helmet law. Has had for over 10 years.

There's no law says you have to ride a motorcycle either...

The article says that she was in Paddys Bar the night before the bombing
then straight away says how she was 16 at the time of the bombing where
she helped morgue workers.

Does Bali have an 18+ law for pubs/clubs?

noangel.
