Have been riding for close to 9 years. My riding consists of daily commuting
and the occasional Saturday morning trips to Elizabeth street for a latte,
and a look of the new stuff in the bike world.
Family and work commitments have made it hard to get away for a Sunday ride
but circumstances have changed, and now I can set aside some time and
minggle with other folk that share the same passion.

My current ride is a vfr750 and enjoy spirited riding. Other than the yearly
pilgrimage trip to the GP, I havent toured much lately, probably waiting for
the kids to grow a bit so that the missus and I can once again get back into
touring scene

What I expect from a club is what I am prepared to put into it. I can
organise meetings, bbq's and rides and contribute as much as the next
person.

Have I narrowed it down a bit?

avee

Thanks avee.
I can't help you much with smaller clubs, But i'm a member of HRCA &
i've been on rides with MRAA, They're located in Ross st Sth Melb.
I'm in the same boat as you family wise at the moment, So I have'nt done
alot of riding lately. Althouhg I do do the GP & World Supers pilgrimage
each Yr.
Hope this has been some help.

There is a BMW club that is I think inner-city. They do rides,
workshops and similar things. Checkout southbank BMW for more details.

I don't know if you need a BMW to join to I guess it would make sense.
