Walt,

Are you feeling well today?

I notice that the article you provided the link to does not mention
African-Americans, Mexicans, Arabs, Jews, fat people, or illegal
immigrants as the cause of the trend.

This is so atypical for you that I have to ask if you are feeling OK?

hmmm, no mention of your usual talking points...so either you've
finally got your head our of your ass (very doubtful) or you've
suffered a major stroke...which would only improve your scintiliating
conversation skills. Which should be too difficult as you converse no
better than a retarded mute baby seal with a stutter.

lol I admit it...I've been clubbing baby seals. They don't like the
ones with hip-hop music and seem to prefer ones playing heavy metal or
George Clinton. Naturally being the only one with pockets I have to
tip the single mothers.

You can eliminate, regulate or legislate stupidity.

Welll that's what the retards that get elected think. Those of us with
functioning brains and experience in leading people know other wise.

"It is IMPOSSIBLE to eliminate, regulate or legislate against
stupidity"

8^) It's not more laws, it is clearer unambiguous laws that are
needed...and few agencies capable of writing policy as if it were law
and enforcing it as such.

We don't need laws. If you want to spread your grey poupon on the
pavement, it's your choice.

True, but it's also a basic, fundamental, unavoidable Rule of Nature
that stupidity - or at the least, ignorance - is, if left to its own
devices, a self-correcting condition. You learn or you die. Pretty
simple, that.
