Have you been fined for not having an "unleaded fuel only sticker" in
NSW after March 2001?

The EPA have admitted they were Bad Boys and shouldn't have been fining
people once leaded fuel was no longer available, and certainly not since
they repealed their own damn regs.

There should be a press release going out from the EPA on Friday, and
apologies and fines returned!

The MCC is negotiating the date from which any fines are void, we are
gunning for March 2001 when the ADR was repealed, the EPA are mumbling
the date the regs were canned, which is only about 6 months ago.

So if you were done for this after leaded fuel was no longer available,
watch this space! I'll post dates and details as soon as available.

(if you were done before Jan 2001, which is when the fuel was officially
no longer available in NSW, you are outta luck.)
