Anyone (preferably a French runner, logistically-wise) happen to record BBC4
sessions on BBC2 tonight? I'd really like a dvd'd copy...

Thanks,

Me too - pretty please. By the time I realised it was on I grabbed a
cheapo tape. Lost the first number (John Henry) and the next one was a
bit warbly on the audio.

The 'We shall overcome' CD includes a DVD of the Seeger sessions shot in
his farmhouse, but the live show was better IMHO. I'd seen clips from
the Hammersmith Odeon gig before. I've been telling people 'The Boss' is
part of the (merkin) folk tradition for years.

realised.

OK now thanks, someone else in the local folky underground network had
spotted it in the schedules and taped it.

The Ghost of Tom Joad is worth a listen as well.
