Why do you all drive like cocks? From what I've seen today 99% of you
couldn't drive a greasy stick up a pig's arse, so it's not like you
all have some god given talent. It appears traffic law is for 'someone
else'.

Rome tomorrow, let's see if they misbehave when Il Papa is out of town

Btw, I've discovered that what little Italian I know is of **** all
use, so I am shouting slowly and poimting for the benefit of the
useless wops who haven't bothered to learn my language

Be careful, it's the pick-pocket capital of the world.

There is no traffic law in Italy.

I'll accept there may be something written about traffic law, but it's
more of a well intentioned mission statement.

I didn't actually mind driving in italy, just go for it and hope for
the best. poland was a little worse but not so bad, I am up for trying
greece next.

Traffic lights of any colour are usually 'advisory'

Roundabouts are a complete free for all. If your wheels stop turning,
you're f*cked ...

Italy is great! You just have to let your freak flag fly. Let anarchy
reign and go for the gusto.

You're obviously riding like a poof. Just wait until you get down south
- that's when the automotive anarchy really starts

Seemed okay to me in a hired Fiat Panda around Naples, Sorrento &
Amalfi. Although, being there in January when there are very few
tourists getting in the way probably helped.

Not in milan, surely

The locals used to refuse to ride in my car

Rome or Naples - now that's a bit different
