The frozen five wisely chose another valley, so wouldn't have had to
wade through that stream.

It looks like the temperatures in Mosjøen have peaked at around 28 °C
the last couple of days|1] . . .

I'm not sure whether I'd sooner be riding on ice or riding through
floods. Probably ice.
