Drew, I'm hoping you're right for my Fantasy Game's sake but
sincerely? I'd love an Edwards, Hayden, Spies 1-2-3. Ben was on pole
here in WSBK so I wouldn't bet against him. Colin, you never really
know. Nicky? Could be a very very mercurial finish for him and a
strong indicator of the season ahead. It'd be great if he won as well.
Stoner's won it the last three times so even Rossi's an underdog but I
still have Vale to win (even though Stoner's test time at the track
was the only one better than his, I'm an idiot...) I'll bet Nicky'll
be really working on qualifying well and getting a good start to avoid
the past and being rammed. Honestly, I could see Vince (Ben,
MotoGPNews.com joke...) actually winning this thing. What bums me out
is that it's on at the same time as WSBK on TV and I really want to
watch it live! I'm really excited about the Moto2 class and hope Toni
takes the title and returns to the premier class just to **** off
Rossi if nothing else. I see a Barbera/Samson crash in the darkness!

Well it's the first race of the year, so we'll see. Where are you entered
in a fantasy league? I need to join one for MotoGP. I am doing fairly well
in my F1 league.

I never put Nicky or the others to win, just Rossi. I think they (The US
boys) will have a good race.

Wouldn't that be cool? Then maybe I could get top dollar for my trackbike
that he signed for me a few years ago.

Stoner seems to start very strong. I'll pick

1. Stoner
2. Rossi
3. Lorenzo
4. Hayden
5. Spies
6. Pedrosa

If your were Spies team boss, what would your orders be ?
Ride conservatively, get some points. He'll be top 10. Can't see local
knowledge/conditions being advantageous. I'd put Pedrosa up there (or
is he injured already?)

Well I would be expected to say what you mentioned above, but I might say...
"Get to the front and push to open a gap."
He can ride the wheels off the bike, even with shot tires.
I might want him to take a shot at a track he knows and has won at
previously.

>heh. American dreams :-)

Lorenzo falls on lap 15 while chasing Rossi and Stoner. Stoner falls at
the last corner, taking Rossi with him. SPIES WINS!

If not at Qatar then somewhere. Perhaps at a wet Silverstone.
