Hi, I need an opinion, is this a good deal?

http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/bn...070085751.html

The asking price is in Canadian dollars, which works out to
2,551.09 pounds UK.

If that sounds like a lot, I believe wages and prices are higher
(relative to the exchange rate) in the UK than Canada.
For instance, a loaf of bread typically costs $2.50 here, which is
#1.53 UK (I don't know how to type the "pound" symbol). A brand new
Hinckley Bonneville is about Cdn $10,000 (#6,147.19 UK).

That's really cheap for a 1969 Trident.

It's so cheap that you'd better prepare yourself for spending at least
twice as much again sorting it out.

The best place to get a usable answer to that is to go to a specialist
website such as http://www.triplesonline.com/

Wonderful bikes, but they do require a measure of skill. And no, bits
dont fall off them....

/Steve in Denmark, who may or may not own a couple of them.
