Raptor Chain Adjustment Help..

I need some help on adjusting the rear axle on my 04 raptor 660. I had
to replace the front and rear sprockets and a chain. I don't know how
to move the rear carrier anymore forward. The indicator lines show that

the rear end can come a bunch more forward. The adjusting bolts on top
of the carrier are backed out, the one on the right is very tight and I

don't know why? The right adjusting bolt is almost so loose that I can
almost twist it with my finger. The two 17mm bolts on the side of the
carrier are loose also. If any one could help me with this problem I
would be very thankful!
