Yeah, I found that when looking up Jeremy's suggestions, along with
bestbikingroads.com.
And I've got John Hermann's book, MC Journeys Through the Alps, but an
early edition, which doesn't cover the Maritime Alps much at all. I
know he added Corsica later. He's local to me and I'm pumping him for
good road info.
One of the joys of sport-touring is finding those little roads that
don't show up on most maps. Googlemaps satview is cool for scrolling
around, looking for squiggly lines.
