Tony Wang declares that he'll pass user details on if requested by the
legalites regarding the super injunction fracass.
Serves the idiots right if they trust uncontrolled organisations like
Twitter, Facebook and the like with their personal details in the first
place.

Mind ewe, I think the planks that want to hide behind the law deserve
all they get when it does and will come out in the public domain!

There's only really one account that's particularly relevant and that's
@injunctionsuper. If that wasn't set up by someone using a disposable
email address in a backstreet net cafe, I'll be amazed.

And then, of course, there's Giles Coren. He really might live to regret
that one.

That's all probably very true, but I'd be buggered if I'd put my details
on ANY public forum in that manner.
Some people are just so damned gullible :-)

Personally I don't see how this is Twitter shafting its users. Twitter
is simply a carrier of the data, the users shafted themselves by not
understanding their own culpability in using a communications service.

Thing is, Twitter, at least in the UK, isn't a carrier. It's a
publisher.

My view is that Ryan Giggs is a ****ing idiot if he thinks he can nail
everyone who shared the information on Twitter.

I expect he only needs to nail one for everyone else to become rather
careful.

So do I.
Just coz he's got more money than brains he shouldn't have the
opportunity to hide behind the law.
