Yikes! What happened to these guys? Must have got caught out not
using their Q tire in session 1? This is why I don't like the 2 Q's
for 3 session deal. It's going to mess up the championship.

I'm assuming that's what happened here, it might have been mechanical
or crashes or something.

I don't..

Actually, I recall a few things that were said around here about Ben,
his Mom and other things such as his fear of flying, but that really
wasn't the point, "septicism" was. (present company aside) Are you
saying "asepticism" doesn't exist?

I never thought I'd say this, but thank's for the spoiler.

Can we please not post results in the subject line.

It's about qualifiers. 2 Qs but three sessions is a complexity too far.
They should either give them 3 qualifiers or none. The 4 people who got
knocked out and especially Haslam and Rea took a gamble of using a race
tyre to get through the first session so they would have a qualifier for
the other two. But enough people wanted to put one in the bag and avoid
getting dropped and the race tyre was too far back.

Holding out hope for a homie Jules, or are you dashed that a "merkan"
snagged another pole at a track he'd never seen before?

Yeah, I hate it when somebody does that. Oh wait, WTF are you doing at
a racing Newsgroup, or for that matter M/C race site if you didn't want
to know?
http://moto-racing.speedtv.com/
http://cyclenews.com/
http://roadracingworld.com/news/

In any event, looks like septicism is alive and kickin'...

Again, why navigate to a newsgroup(a rather obscure one at that)
specifically designed for the discussion of motorcycle racing if you
didn't want to know? I mean c'mon, don't look if it's that important, I
think it's called delaying gratification, or maybe just not peeking.
Whatever the case, bitching about a header here is like claiming the
water to hot/cold after you jump in and speaking of headers, it
worked...

You're absolutely right. It's really not a big deal. But please; just
don't put spoilers in the subject line.

Enough of all that. I wish I hadn't mentioned it now. And anyway it's
only a few hours now till the races. They're going to be good.

Well, beyond that there's been years of all the stuff about how Mladin
just was taking the big check to be a big fish in a small pond, how he
had his shot at GP and failed to make the grade, how Suzuki had such a
big advantage under the AMA rules, how Hodgson was going to give Mat a
real run when he came over and then how the AMA rules screw Ducati
because he didn't come close to doing that, etc., etc. What Spies
performance so far in GP and WSB shows is how good those two guys
really are, I think, really beyond what anyone outside of this country
has been willing to concede (and plenty of people in this country as
well, it should be said). And that seems to have been based on a
general sense of the total superiority of World (read: European)
Superbike and GP, which to some significant extent has been unfounded.
The basic notion seems to have been that anyone racing in America must
suck, at least until they move to the world championships and get a
good enough ride that they can actually win races, and just maybe then
the concession comes. And even at that the level of trashing of guys
like Hayden, Roberts, Edwards and Bostrom has been pretty amazing.

Oh, I forgot, you guys trash everyone except EuroGod - sorry...
