I think that was back in the *old* days. You know, anything before
1970. ;^) Thing is, I know railroad workers and they expect/get big

Nah, Joe will have to suffer through it, just as soon as it quits
raining and the hole dries up, or he pumps it out, which ever. Maybe
that jackhammer will put some muscle back on him.
