That's quite impressive. It looks like a 20 year old bike with a 150
year old tank & mudguard. But 205 quid? Srsly?

Look at the stuff that's still on it and, presumably, recoverable.
Radiator. Clocks. Seat. Rack (very hard to find for many SOBs).
Possibly the engine. Side panels. badges....

The tank is amazing, though. Wonder how it got to that stage....

It's almost worth buying just for the fun you could have sending photos
to POR-15 complaining about their tank sealer not working.

I can't see a filler cap and the top of the tank is, err, still sort
of fuel-tank shaped.
