Anyone know if they got the race in on Sunday ?.....forecast was 80%
chance of rain,..after raining all night Sat.

Rumor was the track was a mess?

Started to drizzle Sun,..so I opted to head home. Figured they do it
Monday,..& didn't want to stay another nite.

Try again next May !?

Those guys are fantastic. I have seen them turn a mud pit into a more
or less flat track so they could get a show in. The surface was full
of ruts and wop-dee-doos but they ran anyway, without bitching.

Indeed. Indy mile was a total piece of **** and made for
a runaway for the one guy that figured out how to stay on
the groove with wheels in line. And the "safety" of racing
was put paid to when a bunch of guys went down in
turn one on the start and one of the guys (and his bike)
ended up OUTSIDE the track.

And still no whinging.
