Very much so - all engines do it to an extent - HD and Ducati make more
of the expanding charge for the purpose than most other manufacturers.

Except CG125 engines. One cam lobe, 2 followers. ))

The front does feel a bit light, but I've got round it by hanging off
forward a bit as well as to the side. Works for me.

If you want a smoother ride you have to be a bit smoother with the
throttle, but yes, you do get used to it.
