It's difficult to see (my eyes aren't what they used to be, and the image is
small), but that sticker on the back of it sure does look like an AS1698
compliance sticker.

It can be clearly seen that it has a functional chin strap, though the user
in this image hasn't tightened it properly.

Given the quality of manufacture and meticulous attention to detail, I'm
sure they'd have it in different colours and sizes - and as long as you
purchase one appropriately sized for your kiddies, I'm sure they'll be very
safe.

You may be surprised but... studies have shown that having a bucket
on your head *is* better than no helmet at all.
