The 2008 MotoGP Rookie of the Year Jorge Lorenzo and Panini will next
week release a comic book entitled ‘Lorenzo’s Land’.On his return from
this weekend’s Official MotoGP Test in Jerez, Lorenzo will be in
attendance at the FNAC shop in Barcelona’s L’Illa shopping centre on
Wednesday 1st April to present the new book, which features cartoon-
style cameo appearances by some of his famous friends, with the
storyline tracking the Spanish rider’s adventures around the world.
Extraordinary stuff under the spotlight from what may become one of
the slightly shaky personalities of motogp. Indeed it has already been
suggested to Melandri that his thinking can be somewhat florid and I
think No.99 is going to be in the same boat. What the hell is the
Spaniard on about? all he's got to do is ride the bike. Making up a
parallel fantasy world is all but going off the rails. Never heard
anything like it before.
