Nope, but knew a few people who did. Never really heard anything bad
about them, aside from a fairly uncomfortable seat & ergonomics which
made long days in the saddle quite tiring. Yamaha fairly well managed
to duplicate the sound of a Ducati (don't tell Hahahahatzolah) with that
parallel twin and the 270° big bang firing sequence, which was perfected
with a set of aftermarket Staintune or Over racing pipes.

Many years ago, when I still had the Suzi Intruder 750, I went on an
internet organised "vee twin" ride.

I went up to the old checking station (as was) at Berowra, and there
were three TRX 850s and me...... <shrug>

It's kind of like charades....... sounds like..... ;-)

Ages ago I went on a 5 day holiday called "Twins in Tassie" which was
for twin cylinder bikes and their riders.

It was wall to wall Ducatis various, one Harley, 2 Guzzis (me and
Phil) and...

An identical pair of Fireblades ridden by a pair of identical twins
wearing identical leathers.

General consensus was "it's a fair cop"

Yes, I;m on my second one.
Great engine, fantastic sound, my first had magnum carbon pipes,
absolutely fantastic sound. Second one has yosho alloy pipes. Quieter
but doesn't sound anywhere near as good.
Not very comfortable, but I'm in my mid fifties. One thing I did was
raise the clipons 27mm with spacers I had made up.
Helped more than I expected. My neck and shoulders ssuffer from the
sins of my youth.
Very reliable, and with standard gearing, around 60 mpg (fu*k Km/PL)
A poor mans ducati, the engine feels like an early duke, but without
the drawbacks.
