And as a trained Wire Wilton Weaver who formerly worked in the world famous
BMK carpet factory I had the dubious pleasure of operating one for a few
years!

Noisy feckers, but the worst job was tying in new jute & poly beams (which
provide the backing for the carpet).

I know it's got nothing to do with the thread but it made me reminisce a wee
bit.

If that was 118 on your speedo you probably won't hear anything. 30 over the
limit is where they start getting interested. 240/80 was my best. They had to
come and get me.
