Anyone know where in the SE Suburbs of Victoria I can get a rear tire
for a CB900 Hornet replaced.

VERY peeved. Had it 117km.

You have had the bike for only 117 kilometres or the tyre for that many?

If it was either, I would be taking it back to where I got it from and ask
them
"Why is this so?"

"Running over that nail, probably." is the likely response.

Nail punctures can be repaired. You should be able to get a puncture
repair kit at an auto shop open on a sunday for a temporary fix. Take
the bike to a shop during the week for a permanent repair.

Just a hop, skip and a jump up the road to Cape Canaveral. They can fix
anything there, 24/7.

Spelled TYRE
And you can go to Pablos to get the TYRE repaired as it should be pluggable.
