From an email I got today
There was another tragic loss to the motorcycle racing fraternity, in
the after math of Desert racing legend Andy Caldecott. We have lost
another great rider and all round nice bloke Ian Cunningham.
Ian, brother to Jamie who is racing this weekend was killed in a car
accident on the way home from the Condo 750 over the Easter break.
Ian will be sadly missed by all of us and our condolences go to the
family and friends of this genuine top bloke, it’s a shame when the
good and so talented die young.
This event will be dedicated to the wild antics of Ian Cunningham and
long live his memory, as there are so many good things to remember
about Ian, R.I.P mate. You will be missed!!!!!
