I've had a look through my books and can't find a reference.

Don't think so,
The only war time Triumphs were Model H, 1914/18
And TRW 1939/45
This is from memory which is not *That* good at times ;-(

But military doesn't have to mean wartime. Tnnn models are post war aren't
they? I've heard of T10, T20, T90, T100, and T120... can't find anything
about a T22 though.

A typically badly phrased reply from me;-( which should have ended with:.
These were the only military Triumphs that I remember,
I could be completely Barking on this
but I thought the T22 was the model designation of a Scooter.

the bantam engine and the Tigress a 250cc. T22 would seem to be a sensible
model number for a Triumph 250 model , so that may well be it.

T10 was the Tina. The Tigress was TS1 or TW2. Is that all the scooters
accounted for?

T20 is Tiger Cub, T100 and T120 ate [1] Tigers and T120 is the Bonneville.
I can't remember what a T90 was but I hink there was one. I s'pose that
leaves T22 being a figment of a deranged imagination...

If the OP could give us a date to work with - to the nearest decade ought to
be near enough - it might be easier to work out what it is.

[1] that should, of course, have been "are"... but it was too good a typo to
take out.
