Who wants to come help me put a new clutch in my Ford 850 tractor? The
sooner we get this done, the sooner I can meet up with you guys and
buy the beer.

If word got out I helped anybody, do anything, much less farm labor, I'd be
ruined.

I could sponsor a benefit to hire it done.

I found a cousin who knows a little about tractors. I know a little
about buying beer. This should be a workable arrangement.
Sidenote - While trailering the tractor over to his shop (yes, I
pulled something on a trailer, no it didn't fall off), I noticed an
SUV driving right along side the trailer.
This rather irritated me, and I thought the man a fool. But at the red
light, he pulled up and asked what model tractor it was, and what year
it was built. Apparently his wife recognized the tractor as the same
type her dad once owned, that he had purchased the year she was born.
Naturally I tried to sell the tractor to him.

Took the starter, throttle linkage, transmission cover, carb, battery,
and exhaust off yesterday, and drained the hydraulic fluid and gas, so
I'm way ahead of that one bolt thing. Thanks though.

I seem to have some sort of minimum ongoing project level, and one was
nearing completion, so it was time for a new one to take it's place.
Some day I hope to get to the projects that I actually WANT to do.
