Rear facing camera fitted for better visibility?
I'd have thought you'd be concentrating on whats going on ahead
than that gimmick

Probably a good idea if the mirrors just show elbows or are as blurry as
they are on my ****ing bike.

Not so new. I saw it here on an electric monstrosity a while back.
Have you seen those lids with a rear view prism or mirror arrangement?
I tried one on at a show and thought it was a bit crap. Google reevu
if interested.

Im not, I was about 5 years ago when I first heard of them but 5 years
on I have yet to see one on sale anywhere

Standard equipment on that nutter Y2k gas turbine powered superbike.
I've considered it on some of my bikes where you get a lovely view of
your elbows in the mirrors and bugger all else.
