The ACU are refusing to back the new organisers, which means no FIM
recognition, which in turn means no race.

What a cluster****.

I was surprised to get a letter off Gareth Hockey this week. MOT reminder.

That'll be me looking at going to the proper beach racing in France
instead.

I suppose the riders at the race in Swansea will be sponsored by
Madame Flossie rather than Madame Butterfly.

Last weekend in January. Don't you have somewhere else to be around
then?

I've just checked the dates and it clashes with the Elefant so I'll
not be going.
There's always Skeggy and a North Sea beach to camp on in the winter.

More like sponsored by Fizzy Yellow **** rather than Felinfoel Double
Dragon. Anyway, you missed the big thing at Le Touquet for 2011. Seems the
appropriately named Berck sur Mer has one in mid-October though.

Place will be crawling with fresher students which will at least provide
better eye candy than the donkeys & grannies of Weston.

Seems there are only 6 of the original 20 pubs left on the Mumbles Mile so
hardly a challenge.
