Hang on, that should be AUS, surely? Everyone knows that Resch's
is an Australian -- indeed NSW -- beer!

Eh up, Spies wins 3rd straight Superpole.

I'd better post something or I'll be accused of hating americans.

-----

Looks like the 2Qs for 3 sessions lottery is still screwing some people
over. Biaggi should not be back in 18th

We'll have to see but I think Hopkins may be discovering that WSB is not
a cake walk.

In the end, quite the domination by Haga.

Spies is absolutely awesome though - honestly, I would have never
expected him to do quite as amazingly as he is doing. Kinda shows that
racers are racers, and the really outstanding ones the "new circuit"
thing does not quite as apply as much as we sometimes like to think.
But imagine what he'll do once he really settles down... wow.

And the championship has just started...

In the first three rounds with Corse he's scored more points than in
any 6-race run in his career. Shows once again what being #1 at Ducati
in WSB can do for one's chances.

Although this weekend killed his chances of having weight stripped frm
his bike, both his wins and Fab's podiums - Duc's top 2 have scored
almost as many points as the 6 four factories combined. Although it
would take a miracle to actually ADD weight to the 1098Rs...

Another way to look at it is that he's simply better than anyone else
in this series, so has so far reasonably successfully countered his
track knowledge and machine disadvantages.

I think it's going to get increasingly tough for him this year, but if
he returns next year - watch out. Not likely, tho...

Or it's already almost over. Haga has a 40-point lead over Spies, and
70-75 over Fab and Neuie, who can't be taken all that seriously. And
no one else has a chance, right?
