Oh, I don't know what's up with living that far north. After all, the
Canadians frequenting Reeky live in similar or slightly more austere
conditions.
(I know a little, I met my wife in Canada!)
Yes, the riding season is shorter but they make the most of what weather
is available, both good and bad.
Besides, if one wanted to 4-wheel up there in the snow and ice, a Ural
with engageable side car wheel would be the ticket - a perpetual summer.
(And here am I, talking whilst spending time in Las Cruces, NM today with
a blistering sunny 54 Deg F (12 C) morning and 72 Deg F (22 C) at high
noon.)
Life ain't fair! :-)
