05 Goldwing CB install - should I install anything else while I have it torn apart?

OK, for those of you that told me installing the CB was a bear you were
right - but I was able to keep the trunk on and as soon as I figure out
where the wires are I'll be done tieing everything in.

Here is my question - while I have everything tore apart I plan to replace
the front speakers with better speakers (probably show chrome) and I plan to
install arm rests for the wife. Is there anything else I should consider
while it is torn apart? I only have 6000 miles on the bike now so the air
filter job, although tempting would be a waste now. I'm all ear if you have
    some suggestions.

I plan to tidy up the wiring under the front cowling a little, but wanted to
see if I should consider some other upgrades that would require another tear
    down for installation.

Thanks in advance and replay to:

Again thanks for any help or suggestions you might have.
