10R suspension

    Only the rear though, which you can do in the comfort of the garage
    with a little help from a friend. Trying to make the damping 'cover up'
    problems with a spring moving too far/not enough is a pointless
    exercise imo for the sake of an hour spent skinning knuckles with
    C-spanner.

    I changed the shock on the 9R

    In all honesty, the settings on my bike probably wouldn't work for you
    due to the fact that it's a different bike on different tyres and
    you're about 5st heavier than me.

    I just rode mine repeatedly up the same bit of road, sussed out what I
    didn't like and made small changes. PB might have settings for your
    model and it was PB settings I used as my baseline.
