Well, after nearly 20 years it is good to be back. My last bike was a
Honda CX500 that I put into the back of a police car in 1986...

Yesterday I bought a well used 12/90 Yamaha TT350. The 2 min test ride
was great fun and I can't wait to get out for a weekend. It is not, and
    never will be, registered.

I've been having a look around the net and there does not seem to be a
lot of information about them. For example, the yamaha-motor.com parts
cataloge does not list them. Maybe they were not released in the US?
Does anyone else has one of these bikes and have a collections of
relevant bookmarks they would share?? I'd also be interested in a
workshop manual if anyone has one sitting around :)

    Thanks,

    Brian

I actually got out of it pretty well, considering that:
    - when I climbed down from the roof of their unmarked car I started to
"explain" why I thought they had stopped to do a U-turn in a silly place
    and;
    - I also tried to convince the nice plain clothes offices that this was
not a very bad crash and we didn't need to call the cops :)

Just a neg. drive ticket. Trouble was that I was already 12 points down
and just waiting for a letter to arrive telling me that I had no
license. This crash took my license and my job - the bike belonged to
the shipping company that was employing me as a courier. I was not much
good to them with no license.

Well yeah, I know, but even Harsh Week hasn't been
running for nineteen *years*, has it?

    (that's your cue Big!)
