Dogs in towns should be banned unless the owner has a garden the dog can
shit in. Dogs in parks should be prohibited. Any dog found shitting on
the grass in a public area should be shot and the owner shot too.

Does it matter which? Either way removes the problem, although I guess

Well, if my experience with a 1yr old is in anyway normal then we as
children tried to eat absolutely everything we could get in our mouths
and a lot of things we couldn't.
