    I recently bought a 2001 honda cbr600 f4i for $500, i have since fixed
it up and got it running, now im wondering... below the spedometer
there is the letter "A" i beleive, and if you push one of the buttons
next to the spedometer it changes to a "B" i know i should know the
answer and i tried to find it in the manual but its not in there, any
    assistance would be appreciated. thanks.

Congrats on your 'new' revived bike! Now that you got the bike running,
make sure the bike is structurally sound and safe. Check for bent
and/or twisted frame, forks and swing arm since the bike was crashed.
    Again, congrats!!

  3. Yep, it has two seperately resetable trip odometers. Holding down the lower
of the two buttons will reset whichever is currently selected. Other
combinations of the two buttons allow you to set the time on the clock and
on UK/European spec bikes you can toggle the instruments between miles/mph
    and kilometres/kph.
It's certainly in *my* owners manual for the bike.

  5. Bottom button zeroes which ever trip meter is displayed.
Short press of top button switches between A/B trip meters
Press/hold both buttons together enters clock-setting mode, then use buttons
    to select/change hours/minutes.
Press/hold top button on its own to switch between miles/mph and km/kph.
This one isn't in the rider's manual IIRC.
