    Spam ye, spam ye...

It's live, in a very beta (ok alpha) state..
    http://www.rideontwo.com/tipping/

The basics are there, and having people sign up and chuck tips in would be
immensely helpful for debugging / further development purposes.

Note that you can change your tips right up until 4 days before raceday, so
please do enter some tips; it'll help me out. Thanks!

And tell your friends about it... the more the merrier. Might even give me
some incentive to organise some prizes. No guarantees ;-)

    Cheers,
    Jules

'K, here's a suggestion- make Australia the default selection when you're
signing up - it's mostly going to be ausmoto bods anyway

I presume you have no problem with this post getting circulated around the
other NGs out there? (eg. TrakDaze, Bikers Anon, Girls Ride Out, etc)

    Bug (of sorts)

you can pick either the winner or place getter, and first DNF to be the
    same rider.

Should be easy enough to implement as you already have the winner
+ placegetter same rider coming up as an error.

Does DNF mean doesnt complete all laps? is not classified? (ie. if you
crash out 3 laps before the end you are still classified, (not sure what
the limit is, perhaps 50% or 75% of race distance completed.) or can crash
out on the last corner and still be considered DNF.

    Cheers,

You can also select "blank" for the winner/placegetter (but not both, as
mentioned before), without getting an error message.

DNF is Did Not Finish. I think it usually means did not cross the finish line
while the chequered flag was being waved.

Jules have you considered how you'll judge a situation where two riders crash
in a synchronized manner... I seem to recall two bikes highsiding
simultaneously on the same corner back in the early 90s... an aussie rider and
an american... errr.. Beattie and Schwantz ?? someone will remember who they
    were.
