    TBH I think the figures they quote are "in existence" vs "on the road".

  2. I have fond memories of visiting Lydden, often, watching the racing and
    track days. It was only 15 minutes from my old house.

    On one occasion there was a lot of noise being made about a Yellow 911
    with in big letter on the front how many BHP it made. ( Can't remember
    exactly but LOTS! )

    I also remember it being actually pushed up the hill from Devil's Elbow
    towards North Bend by a very hot Nova. The 911 wouldn't move over and
    couldn't put the power down without smoking tyres so the Nova gentle
    nudged it up the arse to get it moving out of the way then overtook it.

    The twin turbo setup had an ON-OFF power delivery.
