250cc

    hey,
    i havent been on a road bike for about 10 years...and have still only got
    my 250cc licence.....so im thinking of buying a cheap 250 like a ZZR or a
    CBR or a CB or a honda spada or something. Anyway, was wondering how many
    k's one can expect from the engines.... i dont want to spend 2 grand then
    have to fork out another 2 grand on engine recon....

    100K plus with maintenance

    if it dies youu buy a used motor from the wreckers for $500-$800

    and a case of beer, some sausages and some mates and put it in in a few
